Crested tit, Splash Bird Series Fine Art Print
The crested tit is usually found in ancient Caledonian pine forests and Scots pine plantations. It forages on pine trees and, after the breeding season, it will join other tit species in roving flocks. Sometimes seen on garden birdtables and feeders.
This print is from my very successful Splash Bird series, see the Splash Bird book (also in the print section for the secrets and process of creating the original paintings in this series).
My Splash Birds are printed onto 300gsm Giclee paper - a matt paper, which enhances the rich dark tones, and matches perfectly the colours of the original watercolour paintings.
A4-sized print, presented in an ivory mount 12 x 10 inch and ready to fit a standard sized frame.
